Returns

All Items can be returned and exchanged within 20 days of the date of purchase. If the item is faulty a refund will be provided under close inspection of item. Dependant on the item, delivery and redelivery will be charged to the customer. If the Item(s) are faulty a full refund of postage will be provided. It is recommended to post item(s) via recorded delivery to secure a safer return.

However, bespoke pieces may not be refundable due to particular personalisation’s. For hygiene reasons earrings are also not refundable unless they are a faulty product.

Each piece is carefully checked before shipping.

With each purchase you will receive a confirmation via email.

Uk delivery- Stocked Shop items will be shipped within 2 days of purchase via first class, orders over the value of £50 will be shipped via Royal Mail special delivery, guaranteeing delivery by 1pm the following day with a required signature.

Additional charges will apply for international orders.
